At Caerleon Letting Agency we pride ourselves on being able to move tenants into their new home quickly and efficiently.  Once you have chosen a property, we will make every effort to ensure that it is ready for occupation when you require it and that all legal procedures relating to the let are finalised.

 

Referencing

 

Before setting up a tenancy, we will take up references on you.  We use Homelet Referencing Service, the largest tenant referencing service in the U.K., to do this.

 

In order to assist you in finding the right property speedily, it is important that you supply us with mandatory information to reference you properly.

 

We have set out below an idea of the information we will need when you apply, so you can be prepared:-

 

v     The full address of your current property, including post code.

 

v     Your cheque book and bank details, including account number and sort code.

 

v     If less than 3 years at your current address, a list of all addresses for the last 3 years, with post codes and dates of occupation.

 

v     The full company name, address and post code of your employer (if applicable).

 

v     A contact name and telephone and fax number for your employer.

 

v     A contact name/company name, address, telephone and fax number of current letting agent or landlord (if applicable).

 

v     All telephone and fax numbers given must include the full STD code.

 

v     You must provide proof of identity and proof of residency covering the last 3 years by producing at least one of the following:

 

A Driving Licence with your current address, or

A recent utility company bill no more than 3 months old, or

A recent mobile telephone bill, or

A Council Tax bill in your name at your current address, or

A signed and dated letter from your employer’s human resources department or finance director showing the name of the individual and position within the Company.

Simply click on the PAY NOW button below.  Please make sure you quote the first line of the property you rent as a reference.  PLEASE NOTE,  there is a 3.5% charge for this service which you must add to the amount you pay.
