Silver Service
This is our tenant introduction
& rental collection service and includes paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 10 above and is more appropriate for those
Landlords who like to handle their own repairs/maintenance.
Bronze Service
(Only recommended if you have considerable property management experience)
This is our
tenant introduction only service and includes paragraphs 1, 2 and 3. However, deposit protection is available for an
optional additional charge. 4, insofar as it relates to the first month’s rent. 8, 9 and 10 are also available
for an optional additional charge. After the tenant has moved in, the first month’s rent (less deductions)
and counterpart tenancy agreement will be forwarded to you to take over from there and we will advise the tenant that all
further dealings are to be with you.
Rents
All rents, once
collected, are paid direct to your chosen bank account from ours. We aim to do so within 7 working days
of receipt but funds are usually transferred immediately upon receipt, which means the monies should be with you within 2
working days.
Referencing
Our referencing
and vetting of tenants is outsourced to Homelet which means you have the added advantage of rent guarantee cover, if you so
wish.
